Six steps, no surprises

Send the brief
Use the advisor request form below or email our reservations team: client names, dates, number of travellers, budget, interests and any special needs.

A proposal in 24 hours
We return a day-by-day itinerary with stays, experiences and the client price.
- 03
Refine and confirm
We adjust it with you until it is right. On confirmation we issue the booking reference and the client invoice, under your agency’s name if you prefer.
- 04
The client pays us
We collect the deposit and balance from the client (or from your agency, as you prefer) and hold all supplier bookings.
- 05
We look after them
Private chauffeur-guides, our Marrakech team and a 24/7 contact while they travel. You receive updates and stay their main point of contact.
- 06
We settle with you
After the trip we settle with your agency or host agency, exactly as set out in your partner agreement.

Do you work with travel advisors and host agencies?
Yes. We are a destination management company in Marrakech and work with advisors and host agencies worldwide. Our trade terms are shared privately with each agency.
How do we become partners?
Send us a client brief or write to info@luxoriamorocco.com. We send our partner agreement and trade terms by email.
Do you contact my clients directly?
Only for travel logistics once they are in Morocco. We never market to your clients, and you remain their main point of contact.
Can you handle a single service, such as a transfer or a day tour?
Yes. We plan complete journeys or single components: a private transfer, a guided day in Fes, a balloon flight or a night in a desert camp.
Do you host fam trips?
Yes. Fam trips and site inspections are arranged through your agency’s head office. Ask us for dates.
