Morocco Luxury Tours for American Travelers

Morocco is one of the most rewarding luxury destinations for American travelers: close to Europe, rich in culture and hospitality, and easy to reach with direct flights from the United States.

Getting there

Royal Air Maroc flies direct from New York (JFK) to Casablanca, and many travelers connect through European hubs to Marrakech, Fes or Casablanca. Your travel advisor can find the best routing for your dates.

Entry requirements

US citizens do not need a visa for stays of up to 90 days; a passport valid for the length of the stay is required. Rules can change, so check the U.S. State Department’s travel page for Morocco before you go.

Money and payments

The currency is the Moroccan dirham. US dollars are not used in daily life, but cards work in most hotels and upscale restaurants, and cash machines are easy to find in the cities. Tipping is customary for guides, drivers and service staff.

Time difference and jet lag

Morocco is five or six hours ahead of New York, depending on the season. We plan a gentle first day after arrival, with a private transfer and time to rest.

Why book through a travel advisor

Your advisor stays your main contact and can combine Morocco with Europe or other destinations. We design the tour, take care of everything on the ground and keep your advisor updated throughout.
